Linus Blankets Wraps 10,000th Child in Love

They’ve hit the 10,000th mark and they just keep going.

Volunteers from Linus Blankets Etc. of Southwestern Illinois have been gathering baby items in preparation for their big delivery Nov. 25 — the 10,000th item — a blanket wrapped in love.

Wrapped in Love is the motto of Linus Blankets and has been since 1997 when nine ladies expanded their Tuesday morning quilting group into something more — and something larger than they ever expected.
